Our future plans are simply to bring you the best food, finest handcrafted beers, and the most pleasant experience and service in all of Knoxville! We are working hard to bring Fountain City a quality and diverse live music scene with “Live Tunes on Tap” every Saturday night.
Leo and John are brewing up a storm with their homebrew, they’ve been brewing diligently since this past October and are getting dangerously close to perfecting their IPA recipe. They need to research and investigate what permits they need to brew and serve their own beer. That is our dream and vision, to brew and serve you our very own handcrafted artisan ales and to become Fountain City’s very first brewpub! Cheers!
We are still in the process of redecorating, we need to paint, hang some rock concert posters, and need to find a home for our old tap handles. We have reserved an entire wall for local artists to display their art, are you or do you know anyone who might be interested in hanging their art? Please let us know!
