We send out a call to all homebrewers!   Leo and I (John) are avid homebrewers and are passionate beer fans.  We have been brewing our own beer since October 29 of 2007.  It all started with one of those homebrew kits and our first batch was an IPA.  We have now moved on to all-grain brews and have gained more experience and insight into the art and magic of brewing, which we call liquid art.  Our vision is to eventually brew and serve our very own handcrafted beer in our brew pub. We can’t do it alone however, we need your help and support. We would love to have you join us during our brewing sessions if you have an interest in learning how to brew or just enjoy tasting and learning more about beer.  We also envision having more formal and structured homebrew classes in the future and even would love to sponsor homebrew competitions and tastings at Leo’s.  Finally, we would love to receive guidance and instruction from you more seasoned and serious homebrewers out there!  We won’t get our feelings hurt if you know more than we do, that’s a promise.

We sincerely wish to create a home for homebrewers and a  community for us to meet and get to know each other, share information, tips and recipes, and of course, to brew and drink great beer in the midst of friends!
